The Certix Model B Camera was manufactured by the Certo Camera Werk of Dresden Germany, beginning in 1935. In 1937 the view finders were combined into one finder located on the side of the camera. It was a combination optical direct view finder. The Certix Model B was similar to the model A except that it had real leather covering, a folding frame finder mounted on the opposite side and it was originally capable of being adjusted for three exposure sizes, including a 6x9cm, 6x6,cm and a 4.5x6cm size. The Certix was designed a fast self erecting camera. The camera was constructed of all metal with nickel mountings. It was fitted with a numerous lens and shutter combinations.
