The Dollina 0 camera was manufactured by the Certo Camera Werk of Dresden Germany, beginning approximately 1937. The 35mm Dollina 0 horizontal folding camera was constructed of all metal and finished in both polished black enamel and chrome plated mountings. It was covered in black leather and fitted with a leather bellows. It featured automatic film counter that locks once film is advanced, a built-in viewfinder, front lens focusing to approximately 4 ft, tripod socket, etched depth of focus table, attached rangefinder clip, and loops for attaching neck strap. It was fitted with either Centar f4.5 lens in a Automat shutter with speeds from 1/25 to 1/100 of a second or a Centar f2.9 lens in a Compur B shutter with speeds up to 1/300 of a second.
