The Double Box camera, or in German Doppel Box, was manufactured by the Certo Camera Werk of Dresden Germany, in circa 1935. Constructed of metal with black enamel trim and leather covering. It was able to take eight 6 x 9cm size pictures or sixteen 4.5 x 6 cm size pictures on no. 120 roll film. The format was changeable by turning a dial. It was fitted with a Certomat lens and simple shutter.
