The Focal Plane "Standard" Camera was manufactured by the London stereoscopic Company in circa 1905. Designed as a folding pocket camera, the Standard used daylight loading roll films or plates. The focal plane shutter provided speeds from 1/10th to 1/1000th of a second with all adjustments from the outside. It was fitted with a Goerz Series II Anastigmat lens. It featured a double extension bellows with rack and pinion focus adjustment. the front standard provided rising, falling and cross swing movements. A direct vision view finder is attached to the side. Priced at £15.
