The Nereo Camera line was manufactured by Emil Wunsche in circa 1899. Designed as a solid and cheap box camera with the simplest possible handling, and simple operation of only needing to push a button. Constructed of wood and covered in leather cloth. Model 1a, 1b, and 2 featured a fixed focus lens and 2 settings and model 3 and 4 with output up to 1.5m close and 3 lumbar for portrait and landscape-shots. Prices ranged from 20 M to 55 M.
