  Spartus Rocket Camera

The Spartus Rocket Camera was manufactured by the Herold product company in circa 1961. A small uniquely designed plastic Bakelite camera with a retro styled decorative brushed metal faceplate. Described in an ad as having Three-in-one performance, no adjustments necessary. This camera was capable of capturing twelve exposures on standard no. 127 roll film. It featured a fixed focus lens, positive action shutter, and built-in optical view finder. Priced approximately at $4.75.
