The Coronet Rapide folding camera was manufactured in France by the Tiranty company in partnership with the Coronet Camera Company of England in circa 1947. Constructed of metal with a built-in optical view finder with exposed metal chromium plated and the body covered in imitation leather. Capable of capturing 6 x 9 cm exposures on number 120 roll film. A self erecting bed design with a single extension bellows. It was fitted with a fixed focus meniscus lens and simple rotary shutter.
