The Rex box camera, England made version was manufactured by the Coronet Camera Company in circa 1955. It is similar to Coronet's Ambassador camera. A french verion was also made but based on a different design. The Rex was a simple box camera design for capturing 6 x 9 cm pictures on number120 roll film. Constructed of plastic bakelite with a decorative metal front plate. It featured chrome hinged view finder covers, two brilliant finder for horizontal or vertical photos, a built in green filter, and a simple time exposure lever.
