  Agima Camera

The Agima camera was manufactured by Agilux Ltd of Croydon, England from 1955 to 1959. The Agima was a well maade 35mm camera with interchangeable lenses. An improved version featuring an coupled rangefinder with a bright-line view finder. Described as having four in one control, which takes the picture, advances the film, operates the counter and reloads the shutter. The shutter featured ten speeds from 1 second t 1/350 of a second. Typically fitted with an Agilux f2.8 44mms four element lens with color correction and coating. An optional telephoto lens f5.5 was available. This camera was approximately priced at £19 7s 6d.
