  Flex-Master by Monarch

The Flex-Master camera was manufactured by the Monarch manufacturing company in circa 1939. Although it was advertised as a reflex speed camera it was not a true reflex camera. It was listed in the catalog as model no. 211. It was constructed of black plastic bakelite with a built-in optical view finder. Another model of the same design and name was made of a metal frame. It featured a high speed Graf meniscus 50mm lens and a time and snap-shot shutter. The camera was capable of capturing sixteen exposures on no. 127 or A8 film. Its original list price was $3.00. An upgraded model No. 248 was made with an improved f7.7 Achromtic lens and was priced at $4.00.
