  Compco Reflex II Camera

The Reflex II camera was manufactured by Compco USA in circa 1950. This twin lens reflex II included an upgraded lens. The camera that provided a large viewfinder providing the actual sized picture. It was made of a black plastic body with a metal faceplate, measuring 6 x 3 3/4 x 3 3/4 inches and weighing 15 ounces. It featured a detachable synchronized flash unit utilizing no. 11 flash bulbs, a synchronized fixed focus doublet lens, a snap-shot instantaneous and time shutter, a long corded neck strap. It was capable of capturing twelve 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 inch black-and-white exposures or nine 2 7/8 x 2 7/8 inch Kodacolor exposures on number 620 roll film. The Reflex II camera was priced at $13.95 in 1956.
