  Rouch's Combination Camera

A Combination Camera was manufactured by W.W. Rouch & Co. of London England in circa 1882. Designed for the Studio or outdoor and intended to execute work of very diversified character. It consisted of a landscape camera (top image) with a 15 x 12 inch plate and reversible back. Attached to the front and separable, is a portrait camera that can take 15 x 15 inch exposures on plates. When separated the landscape and portrait cameras are distinct and complete instruments.
