The Optima I camera was manufactured by the Agfa company from 1960 to 1964. This 35mm camera was second version of the fully automatic camera Optima camera, was a less expensive version. This model also featured automatic exposure control with manual settings for flash. It was fitted with a color Apotar S f2.8 lens in a special Prontor_lux B shutter providing speeds from 1/30 to 1/500th of a second.
