The Record I Camera was manufactured by the Agfa Camera Werk of Munich Germany from 1952 to 1954. Designed with a streamlined shape with excellent craftsmanship and sold at a moderate price. The camera was capable of capturing 2 1/4 inch x 3 1/2 inch (6 x 9 cm) sized exposures. It was well constructed with a chromium-plated cover plate and covered with a scratch proof robusit cover. It featured a self erecting lens mount, body shutter release, built-in optical view finder, depth of field ring, and accessory shoe. Priced at 89 DM.
