The Record II Camera was manufactured by the Agfa Camera Werk of Munich Germany from 1952 to 1958. Designed similar to the Record I except with upgraded lens options. The camera was capable of capturing 2 1/4 inch x 3 1/2 inch (6 x 9 cm) sized exposures. It was well constructed with a chromium-plated cover plate and covered with a scratch proof robusit cover. It featured a self erecting lens mount, body shutter release, built-in optical view finder, depth of field ring, and accessory shoe. It was fitted with either a Agnar lens in a Pronto shutter, or an Apotar f4.5 lens in a Pronto S or SV shutter, or lastly a Solinar lens f4.5 in a Synchro-Compur shutter. Pricing ranged from 99DM to 169DM.
