The Shur Shot Camera was manufactured by the Agfa Camera Werk of Munich Germany from approximately 1935 to 1941. It was a standard box camera that combined durable construction and low pricing. It was made in two sizes and each camera too two sizes of pictures. The smaller size was capable of capturing eight 2 1/4 inch x 3 1/4 inch sized exposures or sixteen 1 5/8 inch x 2 1/4 inch sized exposures. The other size was capable of capturing eight 2 1/2 inch x 4 1/4 inch sized exposures or fifteen 2 1/2 x 2 1/8 inch exposures. It also featured a built-in yellow filter, two large brilliant finders for portrait and landscape pictures and a single leaf time and instantaneous shutter. Originally priced at $2.95 and $3.35 for the larger size.
