The All Weather Press Cameras were manufactured by Thornton-Pickard in circa 1920. They were made to withstand all climate and weather conditions. The cameras were built were from seasoned hardwood with each corner strengthened with inlaid metal angle plates, covered in fine seal grain leather, fitted with a leather bellows. It featured rise, fall and cross swing front movements, special strut designs, socusing screen and cllapsible hood. The shutter was a ruby self-capping time and instantaneous with automatic auto stop wind, t-P patent time valve, finger and pneumatic release with exposures speeds ranging from 3 seconds to 1/1000th of a second. It came with various lens and was made in quarter plate, 5 x 4 inch and postcard (10x15cm) sizes. Original prices ranged from £19 0s 0d to £26 5s 0d.
