  Ruby Roll Film Vest Pocket Camera

The Ruby Roll Film Vest Pocket Camera was manufactured by the Thornton-Pickard company in circa 1926. It was a dainty, light weight and thoroughly practical camera in miniature. It was constructed entirely of metal with a leather bellows and covered in seal grained leather, with nickel plated stretcher arms, winder and catches. It was fitted with various lens including a single achromatic, a Rapid rectilinear, a Ruby Anastigmat f7.7 or a Ruby Anastigmat f6.3. The shutter was a self-setting for time, bulb and instantaneous exposures if 1/25, 1/50 and 1/100th of a second. A brilliant hinged view finder as also included. It was priced from £1 15s to £3 12s 6d.
