The Peco Monorail camera was manufactured by the Plaubel company of of Frankfurt Germany in circa 1952. Originally introduced in a 9 x 12cm size. INn1954 they also offered a 10 x 15cm size. The Peco was an all metal camera that provided a wide range of movements including rising, falling, and cross swing front and rising, falling and tilt back. the monorail provided a large range of focus and was easily adaptable to wide angle shots.
