  Soho Pilot Camera

The Soho Pilot Camera was manufactured in circa 1933 by the Kershaw Mfg. co and sold through the Soho Ltd. company of London, England . This was a popular pocket folding roll-film camera capable of capturing eight 3 1/4 x 2 1/4 inch (6x9 cm) sized images on standard no. 120 film. It was constructed of black Bakelite, described as Synthetic molded material, impervious to heat, cold or damp. Designed with art deco styling including a octagonal face and a basket weave pattern impressed on the body. Other features included a reversible view finder, time and instantaneous shutter and a fix focus meniscus lens. Affordably priced at 15 shillings.
