The Mersey box cameras were manufactured by Evans, Sons and Company of Liverpool, England in circa 1905. These hand cameras were well made and each model similar in construction. Little info is available on the particulars of the camera line.
No. 4 Mersey Camera - Fitted with a Baush and Lomb shutter and a Beck symmetrical lens. Priced at 50s.
No. 5 Mersey Camera - Same lens and shutter as the No. 4 Mercey, except it also has focusing adjustment. Priced at 63s.
No. 6 Mersey Camera - This deluxe model fitted with a Baush and Lomb shutter and a British Planastigmat lens aperture working at F6-8. Priced at 90s.
