The Favorita camera was manufactured by E. Suter of Basel, Switzerland in circa 1905. A well made folding camera. The case was made of wood and covered with fine leather. The baseboard and "U" shaped standard was made of aluminum. Front standard provided rising falling and sideways movement. The bellows was made of real leather. When opened and the bellows extended it latched in place at infinity and then focus adjustment can be made by scale or focusing screen useing the double extension bellows. IT could be fitted with either a Suter Doppel- Anastimat Series I, or a Suter Doppel-Plasmat f5.5 or F4. Made in two sizes a 9x12 and a 10 x 15cm for plates or pack films.
