The 13x18 Folding camera was manufactured by E. Suter of Basel, Switzerland in circa 1903. This camera was considered lightweight and was made in Landscape format. The 13x18 camera body was made of wood and covered in leather. The hardware was nickle plated. It featured a triple extension bellows, spirit levels, a clear rotating view finder. The shutter was capable of speeds up to 1/1000 of a second. It could be purchased with various lens options, including a Suter Doppel-Anastigmat Series I F6.8, a Suter Doppel-Anastigmat Series III F5, Suter Doppel-Plasmat f5.5 and a Suter Doppel-Plasmat f4.. The camera measured 22 x 7 x 7 centimeters when closed and weighed 1400 grams.
