  Albion Folding Hand Camera

The Albion Folding Hand Camera was manufactured by the Albion Albumenising Co. in circa 1899. It is described as a hand and stand camera, covered in leather and fitted with all the necessary movements for a high class and complete instrument. It featured swing and reversible back, a rising and falling front, a rear focusing screen, a double extension bellows extended via rack and pinion gearing, a Rapid Rectilinear lens fitted with a variable speed Baush & Lomb shutter and a focusing scale. The camera was priced complete with three double dark slides at £4 10s.
