  Aires 35-IIIC Camera


The Aires 35-IIIC camera was manufactured by the Aires Camera Industries Company of Tokyo, Japan in circa 1958-9. A solid 35mm camera constructed of metal with leather covering. This camera was an improved over the Aries III with the addition of an improved LVS Siekosha MFL shutter, a self timer, a single stroke, flash synchronization, rapid action film advance and parallax-correction. It was fitted with an Aires f1.9 - 45mm amber-coated six element Coral anastigmat lens. The LVS Siekosha MFL shutter had 9 speed settings from 1 to 1/500 of a second, plus bulb. Originally priced at approximately $123.50.
