The Ansco Junior Press Photographer outfit was manufactured by Ansco of Binghamton, New York from approximately 1949 to 1950. Marketed as a child's starter kit that was packaged in a sturdy luggage type carrying case with a shoulder strap. The outfit consisted of an Ansco Pioneer camera with a flash attachment, a press membership button, and identity card flash bulbs and film. The Ansco Junior Press outfit was originally priced at $13.95.
