The Ansco Vest Pocket Ready-set camera was made by Ansco in circa 1926. A simple load, aim, shoot and wind up the film with one setting for snap-shots and one for time. This was the smallest Ready-set camera made.
The camera was constructed with aluminum metal and covered in artificial leather. It was fitted with a single fixed focus lens with a instantaneous and time shutter. This camera was capable of capturing exposures 1 5/8 x 2 1/2 inches on Ansco 2C or standard No. 127 roll film. The Ansco Vest Pocket Ready-set camera was originally priced at $7.50.
