The Miral Reflex Hand Camera of 1900 was manufactured by the Talbot & Eamer company. This was the third variation of the Miral reflex hand camera model produced. The camera was made of mahogany wood and covered in leather. It resembled a box camera with a full sized view finder that folds down flush with the body and pops up for use with an attached bellows hood. It was small in size and light weight measuring only 8 1/2 x 5 x 5 inches. It featured a plate changing arrangement 12 quarter-plates with an expoure counter on the side. It could also be fitted with a roll holder instead of the plate changer. Prices started at 42 shillings. It was fitted with a roller-blind type shutter working behind the lens that is set by pulling a cord. A switch is provided on the side to change from time to instantaneous exposures. It was made in fixed focus or adjustable focus.
