The Honor camera was manufactured by Zuhio Optical Company in 1956. The 35mm Leica copy camera was constructed of die-cast metal body with leather covering. This early version featured a horizontal focal plane shutter providing speeds from 1 to 1/500th of a second and, similar to Leica, a collapsible screw mount lens. The camera is synchronized for flash, via one or two PC sockets at the front.
