The Foth Derby II with CRF was manufactured by C.F. Foth & company from circa 1935 to 1942. The USA version shown here differed from the version sold in France. The camera was constructed of metal with a leather covering and a chrome fast focusing coupled range finder. The focal plane shutter provided speeds from 1/25 to 1/500th of a second. It was fitted with either a Foth f2.5 or f3.5 Anastigmat lesn. Other features included helical focusing and a telescoping view finder.
