  Foth-Flex II


The Foth-Flex II camera was manufactured by C.F. Foth & company in circa 1935 into to 40s. This improved version of the Foth-Reflex featured a wider range of speeds to include upt o 2 second exposure time. It also added a focus level to replace the knob after 1938. The twin lens Foth-Flex camera was capable of capturing twelve 2.25 x 2.25 inch exposures on standard no. 120 roll film. It was fitted with a Foth Anastigmat f2.5 lens. The cloth focal plane shutter provided instantaneous exposure of 2, 1, 1/5th, 1/10th, 1/25th, 1/50th, 1/100th, 1/200th and 1/500th of a second and also bulb. Other features included a delayed action shutter for self portraits, automatic counter, self erecting hood, full size viewfinder, and a focusing magnifier in focusing hood.
