The Folding Deluxe Plate Camera was manufactured by C.F. Foth in circa 1930. Some refer to this camera as the Luxus edition. It was constructed of a wood body and metal bed, covered with alligator pattern brown leather. It was capable of accepting 6.5 x 9 cm glass plates in a sheath or film pack. The camera was fitted with a Foth Doppel Anastigmat f4.5/ 105 mm lens and a shutter providing speeds of 1/25th to 1/100th of a second. It featured a wire frame finder and ground glass back with a folding hood for focusing.
