The Foth Spezial Camera was manufactured by C.F. Foth and company in circa 1935. It was constructed of metal and covered in leather. This was a self-erecting camera and most likely marketed as an inexpensive camera due to the lens and shutter combination. The camera was fitted with a fixed focus meniscus lens and the simplified shutter provided three speeds 1/25, 1/50 and 1/100 plus time and bulb. Early models featured a brilliant view finder and later models included a folding frame view finder.
