The Hicro Telescoping Box Camera was sold by the Hess-Ives corporation in circa 1916. The camera was manufactured by the Hawkeye Division of Eastman Kodak. This was an improved version producing larger size "postcard" 3 1/4 x 5 1/2 images on a glass plates or Tripack film pack.. It also featured an improved adjustable rapid rectilinear f8 lens. The design sported a telescoping front and pop up lens window. The camera was constructed of wood and covered in leather. The camera measured 8 x 5 1/8 x 6 1/2 inches.
