The Orizont camera was manufactured by Intrepriderea Optica Romana S.A. or I.O.R. beginning in circa 1960. This second released model was manufactured in circa 1965. This was similar to the first 35mm Orizont model with slight improvements. The most noticeable feature was that the front did not have the leatherette covering, exposing the metal and the screw placement was moved to four places in the corners instead of two on each side of the lens. Constructed of cast metal with a built-in view finder and leatherette covering. The cameras shutter provided improved speeds of 1/30th, 1/60th, 1/100th of a second including time. It was fitted with a Trioclar f3.2, 50mm coated lens instead of the first model that had an uncoated lens.
