The Closter Princess camera was manufactured by the Closter company located in Rome, Italy in circa 1951. This range finder camera was capable of capturing 24 x 36mm exposures on standard 35mm film. It featured a rim-set leaf shutter providing speeds from 1 to 1/300 second, plus 'B' and synchronised for flash. It was fitted with a Closter Aires Anastigmat f4.5 50mm lens. The original princess is identifiable by a round rangefinder window. The Princess II has a rectangle window.
