The Closter Princess 2a camera was manufactured by the Closter company located in Rome, Italy in circa 1965. It was similar to the Closter Princess (v2). It is engraved Princess 2a in the top. It is capable of capturing 24 x 36mm exposures on standard 35mm film. It featured a rim-set leaf shutter providing speeds from 1 to 1/300 second, plus 'B' and synchronized for flash via a socket on the lens barrel. It was fitted with a Closter Zemen Anastigmat f2.8 50mm lens.
