  Bentzin Fokal-Primar


The Fokal-Primar camera was manufactured by Curt Bentzin Company from approximately 1902 to 1940. As the name implies, this camera is fitted with a fast focal plane shutter providing speeds up to 1/1000 of a second. A strut folding camera made in various sizes including, 6.5 x 9 cm, 9 x 12 cm, 10 x 15 cm, and 13 x 18 cm. All fitted with a large assortment of lenses over the years but traditionally with a Zeiss Tessar or a Zeiss-Doppel-Amatar.
