  Bentzin Record-Primar Camera

The Record-Primar Camera was manufactured by Bentzin camera company in circa 1927 to 1937. Designed for night photography and is sometimes referred to as the Night Recorder. The camera is constructed of metal with black leather covering. A folding view finder on top. It is capable of capturing 6.5 x 9 cm exposures on plates or film packs. It is fitted with a Meyer Plasmat f1.5 9cm lens with helical focusing and features a focal-plane shutter. Very few examples are known to exist.
