The Bentzin Verschluss Camera was manufactured by the Bentzin camera company in circa 1922. This camera has a square design and is constructed with Mahogany with polished and painted fittings or made of Walnut with nickel plated fittings. It takes 13 x 18 cm exposures on plates. The bellows are made of leather. It features a double rack-and-pinion drive, well as a vertically and transversely movable lens board. A unique and reliable built-in dual-slot shutter is located in the rear of the camera and provides short duration of 1/2 and 1/5 second. It weighs about 2 1/2 kg and measures 100 x 240 x 265mm. Fitted with a Zeiss-Tessar, a Zeiss-Doppel-Protar or a Zeiss-Droppel-Amatar.
