The Rayelle camera was manufactured by Fototecnica of Torino Italy in circa 1954. It is a box camera design similar to the Filmor. The camera was constructed of all metal, finished in black with a decorative face-plate. It was capable of capturing eight 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 inch exposures on standard no. 120 roll film. It was fitted with a fixed focus achromatic f9 lens and an simple instantaneous and time shutter. It featured a tubular eye-level optical viewfinder and built in flash synchronization with standard prontor flash contact, accessory clip on the side and standard tripod socket. Priced at $6.95.
