The Adrette II camera was manufactured by Wirgin for ADOX (Dr. C. Schleussner) in from 1939 to 1950. It is similar to the Adrette I but with helical-focusing. A 35mm cartridge camera with eye-level finder, taking 36 exposures. It was fitted with a variety of lenses including a Cassar f3.5, Xenon f3.5, meyer gorlitz f2.9 or Radionar f2.9. They were mounted in a either Prontor II, Compur or Compur-Rapid shutter providing speeds up to 1/500th of a second, time and bulb.
