The Zeta Duplex box camera was manufactured by Ferrania in Italy in circa 1946. A simple box camera constructed of metal and partially covered in black material with the exposed metal painted black except for the face plate which was finished silver. The Zeta Duplex box is easily distinguishable from the Zeta and Duplex 2 by the distinctive film advance knob which was made of black plastic with a round shape. It was fitted with a achromatic f11 lens and an instantaneous shutter.
