  Bencini Comet


The Comet Camera was manufactured by Bencini of Milan, Italy beginning in the late 1940's. This was the first of a popular line of compact comet cameras for taking 6x4.5 exposures on no. 127 roll film. Made of cast aluminum metal with leather trim covering. The camera was fitted with a telescoping Acromatico f9 55mm lens in a Bencini shutter providing a single speed of 1/30th of second.
