The Comet 404 camera was manufactured by Bencini of Milan, Italy in circa 1966. This simple and inexpensive camera was constructed of plastic with some areas displaying a metallic appearance. It used 126 film cartridges. It was fitted with a fixed focus lens with adjustments for sunny, cloudy and night photography. The shutter provided a single snapshot instantaneous speed and the camera was flash synchronized for magic cube flash bulbs.
