The CMF Comet S camera was manufactured by Bencini of Milan, Italy in circa 1950. The camera was made with an aluminum body with leather trim. It takes sixteen 32 x 41mm exposures on standard no. 127 roll film. It was fitted with a f11 lens and the shutter provides a single 1/50th of a second speed plus bulb operated by a small lever on the side of the shutter housing. The Comet S name is located either on the front or top of the camera. It also featured a synchronized flash socket on the shutter housing.
