  FECA Folding Plate Camera by Fertsch


W.u.P. Fertsch of Jena, Germany made a folding plate camera named Feca in circa 1955. It was made in two sizes to accept 6 x9 or 9 x 12 plates. The camera was constructed of metal with a black lacquer finish on the exposed metal and leather covering in the main body. The brackets and bed rails were chromed. Feca is engraved on the bed and embossed on the back leather. It featured a double extension bellows and two viewfinders, a waist level and direct view wire frame. It was fitted with a tessar or Xenar f4.5 lens.
