  Viscawide-16 ST-D Camera by Taiyokoki Co.


The Viscawide-16 ST-D camera was manufactured by Taiyokoki Co. LTD of Japan in circa 1961. It was a 16mm panoramic camera for taking 120 degree, 10 x 49mm exposures on film loaded into a special cassette. The camera body is made of black plastic and the top and bottom plates are chrome plated. It ws fitted with a Lausar 2.5cm f/3.5 lens made by Tomioka. The aperture is selected by an index around the lens, from 3.5 to 16. An exposure table is attached to the camera's back. The overall dimensions of the camera are 121.8×53.8×47mm.
