  APM Vest Pocket

The APM Vest Pocket was manufactured by the Amalgamated Photographic Materials company in circa 1924. A compact strut folding camera capable of capturing eight 1 5/8 x 2 1/2 inch exposures on roll film. The camera was primarily constructed of aluminum covered in morocco-grained leather and finished in nickel and black enamel. It was fitted with a first quality single achromatic f11 lens or a Rapid rectilinear lens f8 or an Anastigmat lens f6.3, with iris diaphragms and paired with an Ilex variable shutter providing 1/25, 1/50, and 1/100 plus time and bulb exposures.
