The Kodak Rio-400 was manufactured by the Kodak Brasileira Comércio e Indústria Ltda. located in Sao Paolo, Brazil in circa 1965. It was designed to commemorate the 400th anniversary of Rio de Janeiro. It's a special version of the Brownie Bullet II, which itself was a later version of the Brownie Starlet, but without flash contacts. It was capable of capturing 4 x 4 cm exposures on number 127 roll film. It was fitted with a fixed focus Dakon lens, with two aperatures for color or Black and white film, and a simple rotary instantaneous shutter.
